Welcome to the first official TIP of the new school year! Whether you’re returning to ASM or joining our community for the first time, we’re so glad you’re here.
As we begin a new school year, I’m reminded that the most meaningful growth doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens through encouragement, collaboration, and the relationships we build with one another. Together, We Grow will be our guiding theme this year, reflecting the belief that growth takes many forms. We see children growing in confidence, independence, curiosity, and compassion, while families and educators grow alongside them, creating the strong, connected community that makes ASM such a special place.
Growth isn’t something that can be rushed or measured only by big accomplishments. It is built through the small, everyday moments that happen in our classrooms, on the playground, and throughout our community. A child asking a thoughtful question, showing kindness to a friend, taking on a new challenge, or persevering through something difficult are all examples of meaningful growth. When children feel known, supported, and encouraged, they develop the confidence to become independent learners and compassionate members of their community.
You’ll see this theme woven throughout the year as we celebrate milestones, embrace new opportunities, and continue growing together. My hope is that Together We Grow becomes more than just a theme. I hope it serves as a reminder that every member of our community plays an important role in creating an environment where children feel supported, valued, challenged, and inspired to become their very best selves.
I hope you’ll embrace the opportunities this year brings, celebrate each milestone, and support one another along the way. Together, we’ll create a year filled with discovery, joy, and meaningful growth.
