As we complete another school year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible work our faculty, staff, and board members have done together to develop our new Strategic Plan. Throughout this year, we dedicated our professional development days and faculty meetings to a collaborative process of growth and reflection.
A key outcome of this work is the creation of a mission and core values that truly align with our identity as a Montessori school. These values represent the qualities we strive to nurture, grow, and inspire in our students, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools to thrive in the world around them.
Our vision for the future is equally inspiring. Looking ahead, we are committed to continually enhancing and developing our curriculum to ensure it equips our students with the essential life skills they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world. We are dedicated to fostering empathy, global awareness, and a deep sense of community, values that will shape the leaders of tomorrow.
In our Strategic Plan, we’ve outlined five key goals to guide our direction. Each goal is supported by specific objectives, and we plan to develop action items that will serve as concrete steps to achieve these objectives, ultimately helping us reach each goal. We’ve already begun laying the groundwork, but we will continue this important work when we return in the 2025-2026 school year.
